Hey there, Rameez,
I played volleyball two or three weeks ago. It had passed years since the last time I played it. And you know what? It felt amazing. It was great to be able to play it again. I couldn't feel better. I'm not the biggest fan of volleyball, but I like sports in general, and whatever is there to be played I will play.
We need to practice more sports. If you have the chance to go play, then do it. Doesn't matter if you are weeks without doing it, you'll still be able to. I'm sure you'll do great. I'm cheering for your team!

The match was good, we lost but we gave them a good competition. Our team had practiced just for an hour before the match (some of us hadn't even played it before).
It's a good game overall. I like it.

@munhozmib yeah. it was a good experience. We lost both sets but in the last set we performed a lot better and gave the opponent team a little bit of tough time.
But after that match we have been working on our futsal skills. We have department level match of futsal in our university in start or mid of november. So, yes i agree that its a great experience to leave the couch and go play in the ground for an hour or two.
