Do you guys think that walking everyday can avoid lots of disease?

Walking is not enough to prevent diseases.
A person has to eat well, sleep well, and exercise enough to enjoy life.
I think personal habits have more to play than other factors.
Some people are just destroying their health by eating junk, not exercising, plus smoking and drinking too much.
