Can someone explain this platform to me... I'm a bit confused. From what I gather, it's similar to Facebook but without the friend / privacy restrictions, right? Almost like a blend of Facebook and Reddit ?? I'm probably wrong... but I'd like to figure out how to use it, so any help would be appreciated ! :)

myLot is myLot, or well, yourLot. Write about things you are interested in, encourage people who reply to them by engaging them in discussion, make money, have fun. That about sums it up. To start with, you should read all the material found in the help link next to your profile image, particularly the community guidelines and the earning FAQs. If you have any questions, may message me and I will be happy to answer as best I can. Also, one of our members was kind enough to create a "how to" guide, that will likely end up as part of our official documentation, it can be found at this link:
A Quick Users Guide to MyLot. How and why you should use MyLot.

I am pretty new here and I found the best way to figure MyLot out was to comment in a few discussions and get the feel of it. Then I posted a discussion and participated in that. As I dd that I watched my Bank increase. It made me a little dizzy at first, now I am fine.

In order to know how mylot works, you need to read the faq's and guidelines, as everything you need to know is right there. First of all, you need to be interactive, as that is how we are paid here, but interacting with others on their posts, and they interacting with us on our posts. If you don't interact then you don't make much if anything at all, and it takes all of us to make mylot work. Once you have read everything, then you will know exactly what to do to earn.

The bottom line is communicate - commenting on articles, not just writing them is the way to go. You want to get a conversation going. Some disagree with me, but it's similar to Facebook - lots of nothingness is posted..what I ate for dinner, what did you eat, that type of stuff.
