Weight loss Progress 10/8/15

It has been a while since I have done one of these but between school, my exercise, and my son life has been hectic. I am doing really well actually! I received my Harley Quinn costume and I looked good in it! Not in the best shape I wanna look in it but for a months work in weight loss I look nice enough to wear it without shame. I have been looking at different little supplements that would help me with my journey and not have bad side effects on me. My mother in law has been using this product called Plexus which has helped to stop her consistent craving of food every few minutes and helps her to feel fuller when she does eat. It made her feel more energetic and better over all. She still eats whatever she wants but because she eats less and exercises she has already lost 6lbs within 6 weeks. Obviously if you were to be more considerate with what you eat and exercise regularly you could lose more than she has within 6 weeks. I'm not sure if you're still dieting but one thing that helps me curve my cravings are apples! Obviously they're healthy for you but if you can make a point of it to carry two or three apples with you a day you can snack on them whenever you're hungry. Apples have a fiber in them called pectin that makes you naturally feel fuller faster. This fiber also helps slow the amount of sugar that is released into your bloodstream so over time they can help get rid of those sugary cravings. my favorite apples are pink lady apples :). I eat them everyday!

consuming supplements can be tricky.instead try natural supplements for ur body.eat a balanced diet.low carbs and high protein food should be included in ur diet. fast for 1 day in a week to detoxify ur body. drink loads of water.if possible try to drink hot or lukewarm water.

I would suggest you to avoid supplements, I know that they help, but in the long run is better if you rely on yourself only.

exercise is really good for the body especially when you get older. We need to tone down eating habit but if we do exercise it's faster to lose extra poundsand our bodies toned down to its shape and well you feel good about it.Y ou get your self respect back.
