are you adicted to outside food?

Hi friends, we know having food from outside most of the time is not good for health always. But sometimes we are kind of addicted to outside food and indulge in them too often. And sometimes because of lack of time or traveling we might get into them. Have you ever addicted to some kind of food from restaurants? I am addicted to chats and will have it atleast once a week.

I guess what you call outside food is called fast food in the US. Although, here it's neither fast nor healthy. And it's more expensive than cooking at home. But those grandkids sure love McDonald's.

As such that I am not addicted to outside food. I prefer to have simple home cooked food, which has no comparison with outside food. However, once in a while, I do not mind enjoying pizzas/burger to some friend snacks .

Although I have been living outside my home since I attained the age of 21, I try to avoid outside food. Even I try to avoid food of so-called good hotels and restaurants, although it is not always feasible because of my official position. I always prefer home-cooked food. More importantly, I always avoid drinking water in hotels or restaurants.

@chaitra001 home cooked food is the only food I can have for long periods without getting bored, maybe because I am doing the cooking most of the times, and my mind knows what my palate wants!

I am not addicted to eating out. I prefer home cooked food. The only time I eat out is when I am on a holiday. Else it is just home food.

Though I sometimes like to eat outside, I can't say I'm addicted. If we eat some safe foods like Idli and other steamed items, there may not be much harm I think. My general likings are idlis and dosas, so most of the times it doesn't harm much. Very rarely I get into some kind of acidity due to hot chilli chutneys (or may be due to MSG)

Now a days i am not addicted to any type of outside food . Earlier i used to have chilli bajji atleast twice a week. Now i have developed a sort of aversion towards all outside food after seeing many videos and reading many articles about the outside food, the way they prepare and the ingredients they use and its health hazards

I wouldn't say I'm addicted, but I eat out quite frequently. It's just so cheap and convenient. I know it's not healthy, but I don't cook healthy for myself anyway so it doesn't make much difference. I would only eat at home to save money.

do you think money is more important than health dear friend? if you lose health then obviously you would end up spending more money. Also home food is not expensive consider to to hotel food. In India the money you spend for a meal at hotel with same amount you can have healthy home made food for 6 times at home.

I am the same. I always find outside food so much better than home food because we have it rarely.
