You bet. I just wanted to taste a hot cup of coffee. I don't like decaf, so I just have regular coffee. I'm so tired, that it won't keep me up at all. Usually I can drink coffee late and go to sleep easily. I just finished my cup and think I'll have another. Does coffee keep you up?

@NeldaHoxie Yes, there are water decaffeinated coffees, but I also do not like the taste and I am pretty sure the decaffeinated coffee has less health benefits.

There are naturally decaffeinated coffees, but they really do taste differently. There are health benefits to drinking coffee and I always worry that treating it will lessen those benefits.

I avoid caffeine all evening and still have a hard time going to sleep.

Every so often I suffer from insomnia, but not very often.

@NeldaHoxie I do too, but I don't drink coffee, that just adds to it.

I think it's when it hits your system or in my case, sometimes I just so tired!

When i first started drinking coffee the only way i liked it was black and at night. It does not keep keep me awake at all but it sure does warm me up. Now I only drink it in the winter but sometimes I still have a cup at midnight when the mood is just right.
