My best friend left me

This is a sad story about my dog her name is shammy,i always used to play with her when I get home after school, every day while I'm going to school,she used to climb wall with the help of the stairs and she is used to wait all day long until my arrival. When she saw me coming from school she used to shout waggling its tail with happiness, when I come in, we used play for about an hour, after we had enough I used to lay on my bed and used lay below my bed.one day I observed her laying with dullness in her eyes I have observed her for about a week, but I found no change in activeness so took her to a local veterinary hospital they said that she was a having an infection in her stomach, so they said that she need to pass through a surgery so I took her to a hospital for her surgery ,after two hours the surgery was complete and laid on my bed switching on the air conditioner and left her, after about an hour later she walked out of the room and I used to dress her every day, one early morning I walked in to her room and I was stunned on what I saw, she was laying close to the wall with her with stiches ruptured and all her organ hanging out of her body and she was awake looked towards me waggled its tail, I was moved deep within shouted for my dad's help I rushed her to the hospital I was crying in while I was holding her in my arms she was looking at me as she would leave me forever shimmy's blood was all over my shirt. We arrived at the hospital, she was laid on a table and doctors stitched her. and laying on the bed at the hospital we sat beside her but she was not conscious later her pulse was decreasing and at the last she coughed and left me forever. if god grants me a wish then I would ask him to give shammy back.
