hanging fake bodies / myLot

I saw this on the news- it went viral so most of you probably did, too- a family made up some fake bodies and hung them from their yard trees. From the photos I thought the fakes looked very real. And the house is situated near a grade school. I like Halloween and I like harmless grinning pumpkins. I found this to be too much. Too gruesome. My husband said: In the wake of all the recent shootings etc. this is tasteless. Feelings about this?

Oh.. that's a bit odd and scary. I don't like that kind of joke on Halloween.

I agree. There should be other ways to celebrate a holiday and have a good time.

I didn't see this on our news. But from your comments it does sounds as if it went a bit too far and crossed the line. Not sure I can see the funny side really, I would rather a fun happy way to celebrate a holiday.
