Are Chinese people always unpunctual? It is depends. As a Chinese, I can say we are indeed very flexible on punctuality. I still feel unsure about it sometimes. If a meeting is formal and important, I will go for it on time or arrive 15 minutes ahead of time. If the meeting is more important, I will arrive earlier accordingly~~for example, if it is a test of The National College Entrance Examination, I will probably be there more than three hours in advance and be waiting~~~ if it is a date, the more time you are willing to wait for, the more respect you are showing to him or her, of course, at the same time it means the less intimate you are~~~When meeting our close friends, it is depends on our common time habit~~~most of my friend will be late for more than half an hour.
