Habit you'd want to give up?

I guess we all have a bad habit ( Being Human ) that we'd want to give up?
I know I used to have that stupid habit of shaking my legs whenever i sat down for a test or anything remotely like that.
I became super conscious about it and started stopping myself and thankfully, i did it
So any habit you all wanna give up? And what did you guys do to help you in that?

I'm all about procrastination. I hate myself most of the time because of this. I feel I've wasted most of my time before. I hope to lessen this habit if not halted.

Well you seem to have realized that fact now, that's step one in attaining a solution so you can be pretty sure of not doing so again

@Kchitij2007 I think that was an easy habit to break. There are other habits that I have that are not quite so easy, such as smoking.

@simone10 Ohh that needs a lot of working, but it would be a serious help for yourself i you could get rid of it. There are apps for that u know.

Ask every engineering boy! Their pen and pencil playing habits are pretty choreographed to the kind of problem they are solving ( including mine ). Just stopped myself from doing that somehow

@Mounicar take a heavy pen or pencil, it gets a lot tough that way and once your pen starts falling off, you'll probably give it up in frustration
