Fighting is good..

This is an inspired discussion. I am grateful to Celticeagle for the inspiration. Well, why do I say fighting is good? For one thing, everybody would know how good your vocabulary is. Secondly, if ever there is a serious crime like murder committed the police will know whom to suspect. I see so many crime serials. The police have to work real hard to identify who could be the criminal. If you are having a row or two, the task becomes simpler, right? Third - yeah there is third point too. Those who did not have honorable intentions will steer clear of you, especially if they wear some respectability in the society. Lastly..think about it, you get rid of rotten folks from your life. Not bad!!! And then some health benefits since you won't be battling internally to keep those emotions down! Vanny rests her case.. PS..not meant to take seriously..

Fighting with anyone brings out the real you. When we fight the Devil inside us comes out and take charge. I don't believe in fighting because instead of solving any issue, it precipitate the situation.

The devil has to leave right? The more you store it inside, the more powerful it will become. What more, it will make you so smart that you will get some devil into another person as well. But yes, battles should be begun with all facts on hand.

@vandana7 - I am not sure about you but in your case, it is possible that the devil may keep stirring and jumping inside you and you are left with no option, but to allow the devil to come out.

it is a good way to make everyone avoid you so you don't have to buy many Christmas presents.

Oh, wonderful! I finally get a chance to say this: Sticks and stones will break your bones, but words can never hurt you.

I know someone who picked fights online simply to vent her own anger that was caused by an abusive relationship. Some fighting might be emotionally beneficial.

May be the Shaolin priests came up with those fighting techniques because two humans find it difficult to live peacefully with each other.

A fight now and then can release stress, but, it should never get violent. That is why, I punch my pillow. :-D

It's good to fight so that you don't just keep anything inside ..just letting it out gives an immense peace

LOL! Never know you to be a fighting kind here. I suppose @celticeagle must have given you something potent than Potion No. 9 here. I am going to agree that there is a need to fight for our ground to stand upon like respect, stance on certain issues, rights, properties and many more. However we should never choose it until we have exhausted all known diplomacy to resolve it peacefully.

@vandana7 Well that is if the law enforcement and civil service are not corrupted then I suppose what you said might just work, provided you are within the boundaries of the legal system.

Well, I was wondering what sort of advantages others would come up with. I agree with you that we should try to exhaust all known diplomacy levels before fighting on some issues. Nevertheless, don't you think if we fought with people who probably don't have our best interests in their hearts, we sort of establish a list of people whom the police can suspect and complete their jobs faster.
