Why the NEW GEN desire to have their own business rather than JOB??

As I see, Now a days, new generation wants their business and they want to start new business with new ideas. It is not that they are not earning in Jobs but they are finding business is a great thing to put efforts and earn money. They want to study more but not for a good job but for a good start up business.
