This summer I did a 7 day organic lemon juice drink and cayenne pepper fast.
The drink is ... 12 oz water, 6 drops organic lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon organic maple syrup.
You drink this all day. 8-10 glasses. Add a glass of fruit juice for lunch. Add a glass of vegetable broth for dinner.
Also, take a 500 mg cayanne pepper capsule 3 times a day.
Remember, you should eat a light diet prior to starting a fast, and follow a light diet when coming off a fast.
You are cleansing your body of all impurities and the lemon/cayanne helps with weight loss/appitite control.

Hello,
Well I am trying to loose about of weight before i go on holiday with my gf and her parents, one thing i do recommend is that you do not go on any diet what so ever because going on diets that restrict you from eating the foods you want to eat will only make you put on weight not loose it. What i recommend is that you purchase the "Paul McKenna I Can Make You Thin" book. Now by reading this and listening to his Mind Programming CD you will loose weight without even doing exercise, yes i am being honest here, when i first saw the book at my local book shop i was a bit funny towards it but i thought what the hell i have got nothing to loose well apart from the £3.99 i paid for it but that is besides the point, now after reading this book for a couple of weeks now i can feel the difference inside me and see it on the outside.
All i say is that you give it a try and if nothing different happens to you after reading the book then just sell it lol

no but did u hear about that new fda approved diet pill! it was given for prescriptions only but now it'll be sold over the counter! it's supposed to help block fat content and if u overeat u'll get sick! that's so awesome i will have to try it~!

ok here's an idea for you. I know this works because a co worker has lost almost 100 pounds on this plain. Try the weight watchers. You just watch your calor intake.
heres another sugestion check out this topic that i had started. i wish you luck hope fully you can lose as much as i did.
