POOR EYESIGHT

I have been working as an online teacher for almost 4 years now and with this line of job I need to be in front of the computer for hours.
I naturally have good eye sight and last year I had an eye check up and the Ophthalmologist said that everything is working perfectly fine. But just late this year, I have been experiencing some changes with my eyes. I sometimes have a blurry vision but I do not have some headache just like others do.
I don't want to wear glasses yet!
Do you know any home remedy on how to prevent eye problems?

You need to frequently look away from the computer and focus on things farther away. Very frequently.
