For what are you trying to earn?

I thought I would be more motivated to earn here on mylot if I have a goal just like others. I have red posts saying that they have set certain amount as a goal.
I think its a good idea so I have come up with my own. I will work more to earn more so I can buy something for my upcoming baby.
I know earning here is not that big but at least I'm getting something while having fun. Also, I still have plenty of time to earn, my due is on January next year.
How bout you? For what are you earning?

I see what you did there. Is it kindle ebooks? to sell them online right. That's a good idea.

To understand the way it works here, it's essential to read the Earnings Program FAQs, which you'll find under "Help" next to your username and avatar at the top left of any page. It's also very important to read the Community Guidelines, which are in the same place.
You do not earn for writing or posting here. You earn for interacting with people and depending on how they interact with you. In other words, unless you post interesting, useful and relevant discussions, responses and comments which other members like, respond to and comment on, you will earn very little if anything at all, so it's vital to think of MyLot as a place to meet and interact with people and to have fun and learn while you do so. Make that your 'goal' and you will find the earnings will follow.

I'm not really into pressuring myself to earn. I set a goal just for fun also.

For earning, I guess I can earn a little for extra allowance for food for me. Well, mainly is getting advise from people, getting valuable information, because for me valuable information you get from people here who have experienced it in life or some people that have knowledge about certain things you can get knowledge from them. And in return also, I can help somebody here who have certain questions or if they need our opinions on things.

Since I've been here for a week, popping in and out to reply to my comments in other discussions, so far I'm about $1.50 so far. Just keep interacting every now and then. I've made very little over my book blog, not much in a year from Amazon associates, and average $1-2 on Hub Pages. I do Checkout51 and make my way to get $20 or more from those offers every week. What did you mean by red posts?

I set a goal for each day but it all depends with the amount of time i will have to be around. Some days one might not get enough time to be here and during such days you have to set a small goal to avoid dissapointment
