Life is to short to worry about about bills as they will always be around.
As to money we all know about that being the root of all evil.
The past is important to learn from, but you shouldn’t let it get in your way and become a burden.
Don't Gossip about people as they may start gossiping about you.
Do not be a Hater as there is no time for that.
Do the best you can at your Job be Productive and not a hanger on.
Aging is a natural process enbrace it and make the most of your time do not constantly complain about it.
Be yourself and don't listen to what others say.
Mistakes we all make those but we need to learn from them and not make the same mistakes over again.
Can you think of anything else to add?

Honestly, it is always possible to be happy and content. with what we have. :) We just forgot that even small pieces of things we consider waste are interesting for babies. They open and close water bottle so many times. Things we don't think of at all.

@cynthiann ..thank you. :) Actually, I do have babies around, not mine, my neighbor's. So that is an authentic statement first hand experience. :)

I've nothing to add except to share my experience in relation to the saying life is too short. It is about my condition. I have psoriasis for a long time already. I used to have flare ups but I was afraid to take oral medications because these will cause damage to some parts of our body specially the kidneys and liver. I just resorted to using lotions, ointments, petroleum jelly, etc.. People always see me in my condition with lots of flakes. For me external medication is not enough.
Because of this condition, I became aloof. I stayed away from the other employees in our workplace. But I could not stay away from clients so I have to face them with fear that they might despise me. I stayed away from my friends and all that I have is my family. But I can not evade comments from my husband which really hurt and I hated him for that. Good with my children, siblings, my father and my relatives as they understood me. This disorder runs in our family and I am one of its recipients.
Then I realized that life indeed is too short so I have to enjoy it. So I decided to take the medicine that has long been prescribed to me. I went to my dermatologist and informed her of my decision. So I was referred to have some laboratory tests and then took the medicines.
Now, I am already confident. I only have very minimal lesions. I am happy with my life now.

It is important to accept yourself for who you are.

@Carol2015 Thanks for your words of concern. I am always touched when I heard people care for me though we have not known personally. This is what I really like here in mylot.

Thanks for sharing your story and very happy to see that you have become confident now. Don't be troubled by what people think of you or what they say to you. The most important is God loves you and you accept yourself.

You forgot to put down the one one your socks image, that one is cute. Actually, money isn't the root of all evil, but it's the Love of Money that is the root of all evil. We need money to pay our bills and the Bible also says that the workman is worthy of his hire. In these times, we pay workers via money, and they are worth all of it.
I'd not necessarily say that we shouldn't listen to what others say, for many that we know will suggest things that would be profitable for us to do; that doesn't mean that we can't be ourselves even if we take suggestions that others make into consideration.
I would add that we should learn to live within our means, that way we wouldn't need to worry about our bills for we'd always have enough to pay for everything.

I would have to disagree with you as to workers being paid and being worth it, a lot of workers are not worth what they are being paid as there are some that are lazy and I still say that money goes along with evil. Some people are not able to live within their means because their means is not enough to live on because of the economy.

That should be a lesson learned for those who go into debt without saving anything.

@Marcyaz It is true that many workers are lazy and are in it for the buck and not what they can provide for the company they're working for, but it's up to the employer to train them or replace them with someone that will work.
Your latter sentences is true for many, but there are also those, like myself, that got into debt when the money wasn't there rather than saving for things beforehand and living with what we have/had first and foremost.
