Considering a drunk person's confession?

Alcohol affects our body and brain, and so is our mind. Having experience of being drunk, I know how alcohol affects our thinking. When I'm drunk, I feel brave to say everything that comes to my mind, whether it's true o not. If I feel like saying it, I will say it. Sometimes it all just slip out of my mouth unconsciously. We all have different experiences, behaviors and characters when we're drunk. But would you still consider confession from a drunk person?
