@swissheart,Honestly speaking,I try to be one.I hate keeping someone waiting for me.So I try my best to be punctual,but sometimes it's not possible.

@swissheart Fortunately it has never happened.When meetings are to be held,I tend to be ready well before time.

it's un-pleasant at the same time to arrive early and wait for that person if he's the one who's late

yes I do the same. I think we should always take into consideration that thing might happen along the road and leave early enough so that we could be there on time

I personally am a punctual person, but it's only because I live in a society where time is seen as a valuable resource. In other words, time is short, and should not be wasted. I also understand that there are societies which do not see time as being as important a resource as my society does. These societies might focus more on the task to be completed, the product to be produced or the relationships that are formed. If I were there, I would probably not be so punctual

@swissheart Not in some cultures. They don't see anyting wrong with waiting. Take a look at, for example, the Aboriginal concept of "rubber time"
