Can't sleep - heartburn / myLot

I have what they call a hiatal hernia - basically means acid leaks back into my throat. I control it with medicine, but tonight we foolishly had pizza. I thought we ate early enough (3:30 PM) that it would not be a problem, but heartburn woke me up at midnight and I've been up ever since..

I think I ended up with about 5 hours. Could have been worse!
