When a stranger added you as a friend / myLot

Have you experienced being added as friend by a stranger? Do you automatically accept or reject the friend request or do you spend time trying to figure out if you know the person? What do you think about adding or accepting a stranger?

I'll check their page out first, rather than just accepting their friendship - any doubts and I ignore them

I block them. I get tired of it and just block them. I personally only want people I know or work with on my accounts.

It has happened to me a lot and still does but I take time will not accept straight away but check it all first to know I am safe to accept

What context are you taking about? I think in Mylot, the Followers or Following is more accurate. We are not friends, as in real friends who can share with us our joy and grief, but we are following the discussion of others whom we get to know.

Well if it is in Facebook i take time before accepting the friend request. I can check the friends we have in common and try to figure out who the person is. Otherwise in MyLot following is cool

If this stranger added me in Facebook with no common friends at all, I will definitely deny or not confirm his/her friend request. I only add personal friends in Facebook.
