Is BPO still a booming industry in india?

It's not easy to answer this question. However I researched on this for 8 years have some facts about the same. I just want to know your thoughts before I come to the conclusion.

I can't answer your question since you've not actually said what BPO is.

Sorry about that. Paul is right. Business process outsourcing ( BPO). Created boom in India in early this millennium. Just trying to know if you think this helps any county to save / earn revenues.

From an Englishman's point of view I wold have to say yes BPO is still booming in India, loads of British companies are outsourcing there processes to India.
