Exercise Time!

I am going to and use my exercise bike it a minute and it will be the first time in a week since I have used it. I am going to watch some tv shows while using it slowly as I have started my heavy period so have no energy today.

Try and be regular and cycle in varying speeds. Don't cycle at the same speed all the time. Change it every minute or two minute. Braking and accelerating burns more calories than just pedaling at the same speed. Enjoy the show

Good for you for starting an exercise program. It seems like you thought about it a lot and picked one that you'll be able to do for the long run. It won't matter what the weather is outside.

all the best for exercise which u r planning to do.watching tv is good while exercise but at the same time follow any time table or plan.for how much time u want to do just plan and note down.it will help in motivating urself.
