VIOLENCE IS NEVER AN OPTION: Not even if you’re Bruce Willis and you have to save the planet, because let’s face it, you’re not and you don’t. VIOLENCE could be o f thousand types. We often see it at home. Like violence between husband /wife, mother/ father/ brother / sister etc. Do you think this busy life is the reason of this violence? Or we are now more demanding and when our partner fails in fulfilling it we show our anger which results to violence. This does means you will kill any one but couple of harsh words from your mouth can hurt your partner. You can easily forget these words after a span od time but your partner will keep it forever. So be careful before you turn violent take deep breath and always ready to forgive your partner. Here I just gave one example of violence. This will continue post your comments. ........ To be continued

I have no time at all for violence, in fact I am completely confused by why people are so drawn to fighting.

@jump2high I have seen it plenty, it makes no sense to me and as a result I do my best to avoid it. I have found that anger is bad for the soul and as a result I have learned to control my personal anger and take a step back an access situations before reacting. Not easy I will admit

Violence begets violence. If we start it or we control it will end as we want it to be. so not to have violence is this world, don't be violent and make sure to forgive

True to the core. Taking revenge is not the right approach. Forgive that person and this will give you mental peace as well as this habit will make you great.

It is not because we are busy. Love, forgiveness and respect to one another is the key to avoid any kind of violence.

I agree wiimah. One should be kind enough to forgive and should have patience like an Ocean to control anger.
