I hope this is something all the parents will be a victim of. I have a cute little daughter who sleeps in different positions at night. When i am in deepest sleep, i am struck by the smallest of the feets. Yes it is my daughter. When we put her to bed her position is same as us. When the night passes, she gently starts to rotate clockwise with her feets landing a soft touch on my hip. I also turn to the other side to see what my wife is doing, well she does not show a slightest of disturbance from this & instead sleeping happily.
I hope it must have happened for you ?? Please share your expericence.

When my daughter was younger and really small I was scared to have her sleep in my bed. As she grew older and could come in my bed by herself in the middle of the night I didn't mind so much. But I preferred she sleep in her own bed so she didn't get in the habit of sleeping with me.

I would want to have her in her own bed. Since she is just a year old am a not concerned of letting her sleep separately.

My niece does the same thing and I get kicked in the back and head when she sleeps over. It's cute but not when your trying to sleep.

Oh yes! Our youngest daughter used to sleep sideways between my husband and me. Then she would try to stretch out and push against us both. Drove us crazy!! She is 33 now and has children of her own!

Nope, because I never let my kids sleep in my bed. When they were really young I'd keep their crib in my room so I could reach them easily, but they slept by themselves. Made it easier to get them in their own bed as they got older.

My son is also like that. He can cover a big area of the bed during sleep. Sometimes he will make these small kicks which really hurt. He don't mean it though because he is asleep.
