How to control the anger?

Whenever we get angry, we forget everything around us and do lot of mistakes mainly verbal abuse.Few seconds anger made us regret throughout our life.Suggest some ideas to deviate our anger into some constructive actions.

anger usually makes you lose focus and regaining focus is not always easy lol so think cute little puppies. Do something that makes you feel better that you don't hurt anyone and get into trouble. Hit some softballs, go chop some wood exercise they are all constructive.

I think yoga is a nice technique to control your anger. When you are angry just think for about 10 sec and then do whatever your mind says. Yoga is a nice technique to control your mind.It is an ancient indian art and it became famous in the recent days.

I was angry to a friend last night. I cannot control posting about it without mentioning her name. But I don't feel any remorse on what I have done. because her silence show she's guilty. In real life, if I am angry, I am shouting.
