Seedless red grapes are my favorite of all grapes. I can't stand eating the blue ones, I don't know what they are called, but no thank you to them.
First I eat them because of their taste and their sweetness. But at the same time, I am benefiting of their potassium, vitamin-C, vitamin A, vitamin K, carotenes, , riboflavin, and thiamin content.
I think it is quite a bargain, wouldn't you say so?

Anna? You act like gaining a little weight is going to kill you! I promise, you will only look more beautiful if you gain a pound here or there on your slender frame!

I have grapes after dinner.
I buy the large black grapes, and the taste is sweeter than the red grapes. They have seeds, huge seeds!
The large black ones are huge. Their size is triple that of the seedless red grapes.
I still prefer to eat grapes with seeds, though I enjoy the seedless ones too.

I wanna go home with you, Jabo! Just to eat some of the green seedless grapes, if for no other reason! LOL!

I love grapes, but have to eat them sparingly because of diabetes.

They are also full of calories so you should limit them.

My daughter and I do like red grapes, Marie, but I really prefer the green seedless grapes, myself, but my daughter won't eat them. So, if we go out to buy grapes like we did this evening, I might as well not even look at the green seedless grapes... my daughter will tell me to buy them if YOU want them, but I don't/won't eat that kind...
Why can't we buy both kinds? I don't even bother... If we buy both green seedless and red seedless, I have to eat all the green seedless grapes and about 90% of the red seedless grapes because she will only eat a few and she is done!
I have ended up throwing grapes away because I bought both kinds and can't eat all of hers before they go bad!
