Christmas is round the corner and that LBD must fit. I have always loved walking and find the rejuvenation that i am looking for only after a nice long brisk walk. need to walk a lot more if that LBD ha to fit. I believe climbing stairs also does wonders for your fitness levels. I try to climb a the stairs to my apartment on the third floor at least once a day.

Lol! i just do pushups. While using the computer for hours, i feel tired and sleep. As pushups are for entire body I do that. even at 80kg i could manage 30 in ease.
