I don't floss, as I never have. I know I should, but I don't. i only brush my teeth at night before i go to bed. I probably should brush them after every meal, but I never have, as brushing at night has been a habit that I have had for years. I geuss old habits do die hard sometimes.

@amnabas It is possible I suppose. I just never had liked flossing as it is just to hard to get the floss in between the teeth. I use the Phillips Sonicare which does a really good job of getting the teeth clean. I use it for two minutes, and after the two minutes is up, it shuts itself off.

@amnabas My dentist told me that it is necessary to brush because our gums need the massage in order to stay healthy.

Ayup. I cannot stand not do. I can't wait hours before brushing, either. An hour after eating, if we are home, I brush.

@amnabas It's great to brush, but I've also heard that over brushing can corrode the enamel. I was always told you only really need to brush once in the morning and once in the evening before bed. Although in all fairness, I'd rather over brush than under brush. I had a friend who admitted to brushing only once a day, if that. She didn't floss or use mouth rinse either!

i try to, sometimes i get lazy though. But i think it is really a good practice to do that since food always gets stuck between our teeth and it can turn acidic if it stay there for too long

I don't floss after every meal. I only floss when I can actually feel something stuck in my teeth and I can't get it out.

The first time I learned about flossing was in Pretty Woman. So no, I don't. Brushing teeth yes. Flossing no. But after learning about it, which as you can see is pretty late in my life, I should have added it to my routine. I just didn't. :(

To get a nice set of teeth with a fresher breath we certainly need to floss or brush our teeth. For me, twice a day, one in the morning and at night before going to bed, by brushing them seems good enough to make the mouth fresher plus cleaner too..

My teeth always store food and I too hate it when I have food particles in them. I try to floss every evening before I brush my teeth, and also use some mouth rinse. I don't find using tooth picks helps.
