Would you rather be in red or blue pursuit with emotions?

For this question, red or blue represent anything. Here's my example: Red means heat and that means fiery anger. Blue means frost and that means cold shoulder. If a friendship ended for me, would I rather be in red or blue pursuit? Pursuit means whatever emotions are pursuing me by bothering me. I'd rather be in blue pursuit because red pursuit hurts me more especially since anger usually not only results in verbal fights but also physical fights. Blue pursuit usually does result in cold shoulder but atleast it emphasizes the victims reflections of what they have done in their life and their consideration of what they accept. Red pursuit is brief while cold shoulder is longer and leaves interesting reflections of our moral compass. ^_^

I guess it would depend on how the friendship ends
