It still hits me
I can be happy and ok with life one minute then the next I’m not. All of a sudden it will hit my smack in the face.
Sometimes I just find it so hard to why things ended the way they did, although I know why, which was out of my hands. I wish I could have done more but a relationship with someone in a different country isn’t easy and I knew that before we began ours.
I know there is a future, I just need to find it. Just feeling a little sad and lonely.

I am sorry and I realize that no matter how many friends you find it is not the same as a special friend. We are here to listen and to read your posts and just stand beside you.

Thank you, I don't think I really want anyone else, I know where my heart belongs.It will be some time before I find someone else if I every do.

@kevin1877uk We all do what is best for us and to get that best one needs to work hard and that is what You should do - try to get moving and I am sure with a bit of effort you should be able to move on. May be some physical activity could help you.

Yeah it's harsh. Don't rush yourself to "get better" or "feel better" ASAP. Human brain is not like computer hard drive, we can't just press a button 'n' erase all "data" as it suits.

I know, I don't think I will, it's been too hard to go through what I've been through. It would be easier if we had computer brains, but I don't want to erase the good times, they do mean so much.

Sorry you feel like that, try and shake it off, i go through alot of ups and downs everyday, staying positive is the key

I know that you loved her and I'm sorry it ended. I hate to see you sad and lonely. Stay positive and embrace what is ahead. Love will find you again.
