Monday, October 19, 2015.
On other sites I have done things like post a certain post each day of the week. I had Marvelous Monday and Once a Week on Tuesday where I have posted pictures of nature in a photo essay. I may decide to do that here, or not.
Hubby is now saying maybe we want to go to Branson in warm weather and enjoy the theme park, rather than go at Christmas. We are expecting company mid December here at our home.
We may go see my dad. He is 84 and I need to see him as often as possible. He will be glad to see us.
Here in Florence, Kansas it is the day that trash gets picked up, but it will be later in the morning. We live on the edge of town, so I think we are some of the last picked up.
Hubby has a conference call for his job. I hope to get an e mail about my shed I want to order. I want to get a shed just for my sewing and crafts to get the clutter out of our way.
Hubby needs to be able to get into his tool shed. He likes working on cars.
Guess that is enough socializing for now, I need to go eat breakfast.
I have some unpacking trash out, and will do some more soon as I get dressed.

Hi GG.
Waiting for son to get home from doc to know results.
Later I have to go to an appt myself.
Not a fun day.
Glad to know your Monday is peaceful and steady in Kansas.
I do miss Kansas.

I have not moved in thirty years and it is going to take a while to get all settled.

@GardenGerty I don't envy you that at all. Especially having to go through everything before you even begin packing.

Ah Kanas, yeah, I wouldn't want to wait until winter, although the lights I am sure would be nice. MO winters can be nasty nasty

Sounds like you're all settled in from the move. It was raining all weekend here but today was very sunny. The weekly trash pick up day is Wednesday for me here, and every fortnightly we also get to take the recycle bin out for pick up which we usually do the night before as the truck comes by very early.

This town is so small we do not have a recycle pickup.

In my other town they called it "yard waste" and we could have it picked up or we could take it to the "transfer station"

Spent the day sorting out my parents. Then picked up my grand daughter at daycare for a sleepover.

That is a chore. The sorting out, that is. It sounds as if you are the filling of the family sandwich.
