how to feel happy when everything is going wrong in your life ?

sometimes life get fillied with happiness and sometimes with sadness.....how you can feel and make yourself happy if almost everything going on wrong in your life.......yes hope play a great role as it tells you that everything will be alright in the end

Frankly you cannot be happy when everything is going wrong with your life. I would be worried and thinking where I have gone wrong and how can I make things better , I guess that is a positive step which might take you towards happiness ..

thinking over the same thing actually makes a person sad and leads him/her to the depression state..................so i think it will be better not to think and make yourself busy in something that you like.

@ hemlatha don't commit to all the things that were happening around you.. just commit to somethings and give your self to it just dedicate urself to some special things like god, husband, childrens,parents, books ,pets and spend the moments with them and for them forgot about the worse things just think about good things and good people and do some special surprise things for those good people,... u will never face your life be bored rather more interesting and delightful...more over just keep in mind that the things all that happening is for good.....be happy and remember to be happy... smile always my lot friend....

Happiness is state of mind and you need to tell your mind that in whatever condition or state your are, you will feel happy. Let negative thoughts not rule your mind, which will kill your happiness. If you smile and look in the mirror, this will give you more reasons to smile.

It is very hard to be happy if you are experiencing difficulties. But what I can advise is to think positive and believe that everything happen for a reason.

@hema7213,George Bernard Shaw has written somewhere,'If you want to be happy,be.'I think,sometimes hope doesn't come true.Everything goes on happening against our desire no matter how positive and optimistic you are.That's why I think,we should better learn how to be happy in the face of hopelessness.Perhaps it needs a lot of self control.

No dear!! Hope isn't everything!! It's your will to get up and swing hard everytime!! I myself am going through a rough patch!! But I know I will get something because I am not gonna stop!! That's the attitude you should have too!! Everytime you trip and fall just pick yourself up!!

I guess you should try not to think about all your problems because the more you think about them, the worse you will feel and problems can't be solved overnight. You should try instead to look for and think about the little things which make your days a little better and focus on them.

When someone is feeling bad it is a lot of times because he is very stressful and the stress is what makes this person feel negative thoughts. So I suggest you to do some meditation air take a daily walk in a place with no people and this will relax you and when some one is relaxed the creative mind is working and he think more clearly and enjoy life in its full complicity and simplicity.
