Are you afraid of getting old? Do you regret of growing older? Don't be, instead we should be glad that we reached the age that we have right now because it's a privilege being denied to many people.
A lot of people suffered from so many illnesses and worst some of them have cancer, as they have little chances to live and grow old. I am really sad for their sufferings.
So, we must take care of our health and body as we grow older. We must see to it that we grow old gracefully. Agree or disagree?

I agree. I want to see my grandchildren to top it all. I want to play with them and have fun not be curled up in a wheelchair.I want to serve them chicken and lots and lots of ice cream and not just look at them like a veggie or forget their names. If see even one grandchild I am ready that's it

@Tita417 Yeah, me too. I just hope when that time comes, I am still strong to play with my grandchildren. But seems seeing my grandchildren won't happen soon since my eldest daughter is only 20 years old and has no boyfriend yet. And she said she will get married when she reach 30.

@Beatburn Yeah, and me too. I really hope and pray to have a long life for me to serve and be able to look into my children and grandchildren.

Life is a privilege and growing old is a blessing, we should enjoy every minute of our existence and try to go beyond what's keeping us down. All the best.

I am old in years, I guess, but feel little difference than I did at age 40. I know that I am very lucky.

I don't regret growing old. When I was younger I was in charge of 17 people for my job. We traveled all over the place installing network. Well I kept getting people telling me I am too young for this job and to be in charge. It was funny at that time I wished I was 30 years old. I couldn't wait to turn 30. Then when I finally did nothing changed. Now I feel like I am older and I am glad because I have a lot more knowledge to share with my grand kids and a lot more time to spend with them. I am still a very young grandma and a lot of people think my grand children are my children. Before I didn't like it now it is sort of nice to hear this one.

@poehere Wow! A young grandma. That's great to know that later on you realized it's nice to be called that way. For me it's an achievement. Thanks for sharing your thoughts here.m

@macarrosel I am glad I am growing old. I don't much want to rush the alternative. However, when the time does come I will know I have led a life which I enjoyed very much.
