We just watched "Dirty Pretty Things', a 2003 movie. Half an hour in I realized I knew the plot. I still didn't remember the actors, but I knew what was going to happen in every scene. It was almost like having read the screenplay. We must have seen it years ago. My wife has no memory of it at all and I still feel like I read the story rather than actually watched it. So much for the trustworthy memory
