What cheers you up?

In my case listening to my favorite music,sitting in front of laptop and using it,and talking to my friends cheers me up.There are many things which can cheer me up but it's difficult to mention all here. But what thing cheers you up?

I cook even though I am not a good cook It cheers up for me because my kids will still eat it whether they like it or not. No I was just kidding. If you do everything in the house whatever it is that you have to do and do it with a smile in your face. then that's it
