how to reduce my strain?

I am getting strain everyday due to work load and pressure in my office, it leads to no sleep, and stress while sleeping, even I am not getting a quick sleep due to strain and stress in office.
How to overcome from strain and how to get a healthy sleep even I strained on that day.

Banana is a natural sleeping pill. Try 2-3 bananas an hour before you need to sleep and you will sleep peacefully.
