Do you mind to work over time?

it seems that you are regret of working hard when you were younger, is that right? i couldn't have the same thinking as you now. maybe the cultures are total different ,as younger person, we want to succeed in what we have done. so we would rather work harder and harder.

@Susu1121 It depends upon what you consider 'success'. To me success is being happy and having time to spend with my friends and family. I don't regret working hard when I was young but, if I had my life over again, I probably wouldn't work so hard. I missed out on a lot of fun when I was working very long hours. As you get older you realise it's the fun times that make your memories not the long hours you spent at work making money for a faceless corporation.

@WorDazza perhaps it is truth, i work hard but when i off work from our office ,i would enjoy the time with my family.i could accompany with my son as he grow up, i could accompany with my parents as the get older. that is enough .

Anything legal is a good way to make money.

@Susu1121 Thanks. I love my students so I work hard for them. I just don't want to be forced to work overtime for other students when I know I could be helping my own.

me too. it seems our mission .

lets say ,it is responsible for the work. the most important ,i like this job, i think i am able to get what i want from it. knowledge ,money, friends as well as traveling etc.
