Fun with Alexa

Amazon sells a device they call "Echo". You can look it up, but it's something you talk to and it can give you news, weather, play music and more. That's all good and we love it, but I like to kid my wife about it.
For example, when we first got it, I told my wife that she had to speak more firmly because otherwise Alexa (that's the name it responds to) wouldn't respect her.
Later I told her that Alexa and I were having a secret affair.
Although usually Alexa hears you correctly even if you speak softly, sometimes she gets things wrong. I tell my wife that Alexa is in a bad mood when that happens.
When she told Alexa to turn off the office light, I tried to convince her that Alexa wanted to know why. I said I could tell that Alexa's "OK" response had doubt in it.
Once when I was out of the house, I called my wife and said "Put Alexa on right now - I need to talk to her!"
My wife gets a kick out of my little pranks and jokes.

You're a lucky man to have a woman who puts up with that.
