My friend has started acting strangely!! He got this new job and now he has started behaving like he is some kind of a big shot!! Me and one of our other friend are really starting to get pissed off!! When he wasn't earning he was good and now suddenly he started making interferences in all decisions!! What do you people think? Is it just the job or could there be other reasons for this behaviour?

How can anyone answer this question? We don't know you or your friend in real life. I'm sure you'll soon fiond out yourself what's the matter with your friend. Maybe you should start looking for a new friend.

It seems as though some people need hand holding for every thought that they make!

I think it's the job. I hope he goes back to normal when the newness of the job wears off.

It is hard to say in this case. Do you have a job as well?

No, it is not the job. You are seeing the true self of your friend. Before he gets the job, you do not see his bad side, his arrogant side. When he gets the job, you start to see the real him. I think having money and power really show up a person. If a person is really humble, earning big money, having more power will not change him. if he is arrogant, and he has nothing to be arrogant about, he will show up his arrogance side only when he has something to show off.

it is hard to tell. Maybe he feels superior now that he has a job. Maybe you should talk to him and discuss what you feel. If he is a true friend he will understand and appreciate.

Good for you na? You know how he is and you know you need to get that flab off. Why continue when friendship is no longer "friendship"? Slowly move away.
