Okay, I did promise to write a post about my small little Halloween display in my living room. Well, this is that post. I will post a few pictures. But, let me just say right now that the main image will still be my logo. I will respond to my own post to display a few of the images right after I post this up. Remember, it is nothing special, It is not a haunted house or anything crazy like that. And I do promise that when I do decorate for christmas that I will again take some pictures to post up here. Now I should explain what is in these pictures. For one thing, I have a large skeleton sitting at the table wearing a Brooklyn baseball cap hat. Then, I have those small evil skeletons that one would normally hang up, also sitting at other chairs at the table.
On the table is a lamp covered is old looking rags. I had them on the windows also. A book that talks itself, which you cannot see because these are only pictures. And there is also a skull, one that looks burnt. Also on the table, but one of those little skeletons is holding it. I took some in the daylight and some in the night time. Hope they came out good enough and I hope that you all will enjoy them. Again, let me say, this is nothing special. Nothing crazy. Looking at it now from my computer, it actually seems somewhat stupid. But what do I know anyway. My daughter was the one helping me put it all together. She loves horror movies just like I do.
Okay, without waiting any longer for these pictures, just check out the responses I made to this post and you will see the images. Thanks. Happy Halloween.

How come you wanted to post your name image on here and only post the decoration photos in the responses? I love the skeletons sitting around your table. I would love to do something like that but I know my kids would be terrified and they have bad enough nightmares as it is lol.

No nightmares. Believe me. In the pictures it looks somewhat eerie. But in real life it is actually a funny scene. I always post my logo on my posts. That way everyone knows what kind of post it is. Like this is a regular post, so I use my INERTIA4 logo. For my poems and stories, I have different logos. I posted the halloween pictures in a response because of my logo. No big deal. Maybe at some point MyLot would let us post more than one image in a post.

Well you did a good job of decorating for the holiday. You can even sit down at the table and break bread with them.

@inertia4 I have to take our Halloween decorations down this weekend too. I am really thinking about putting the Christmas decorations up early. I am in a Christmas kind of spirit for some reason.

@Shellyann36 Well, this would be too early for me. But in a few weeks I will be. I usually decorate the weekend of Thanksgiving.

The photos shared here would be frightening for some and just a pleasant chuckle for others.

It is not a popular post but I will have to write how Halloween has become a BIG Gay 'holiday in the past few decades--all for fun!

@GreatMartin Maybe out there in Florida. Not here though. In my neighborhood we don't see anything anymore. Not like the old days.

My teenage granddaughter got a skeleton for Christmas one year. She really likes the show Bones, so family members found her a plastic medical skeleton. She named it Earl. He is dressed for every holiday and special occasions. It is actually quite comical.

I love Halloween and Halloween decorations. I don't do much more than a carved watermelon but then my kids are grown and have their own homes. I loved your photos!
