what are the tricks that new parents have to learn?

i know new parents are gonna be exhausted when they take care of their babies. any tricks to reduce the fatigue? how to make a baby fall sleep quickly?

I have no tricks on my sleeves really but one thing for sure you have to make sure that milk is always there. See babies only cry when they're hungry or wet. Have Pampers to change them. Babies are not really hard to take care coz they just eat and poop and eat and poop. so be ready with milk and pampers so you will get your sleepGoodnite
