Fried Fish For Dinner!!

Finally im home and I just prepared some fresh fish and fried it down!! Im havinf fried fish with fried plantains for dinner with grape juice. Recently I stopped eating red meats and pork so now im trying to only consume fish and chicken!!

Looks good. I try not to eat pork. At home I don't, but I was in the nursing home for a month and had no choice in the matter.

I love fried fish very much. I have fried fish for lunch or for dinner. I love all types of fried fish. It really tastes awesome.It goes well with rice and roti.

If the fish is fresh, this is definitely the best fish for frying. I just use salt and fry it. I will also stir fry some vegetables together with this.
