Do men mean what they say?

Action speaks louder than words they say. So I wonder if a man say he doesn't want to be with you anymore and yet his action shows differently.(for example, he still provide for you, check on you.), does it mean he didn't mean what he said?

Well, some girls are nice though. Anyway, in your opinion, why would men say something but do other thing?

@ellie26 It is because of the approach of girl. If the girl behaves bad, even i will do thta.
