Which fruit do you eat more?

I love to eat apple. Daily I eat apple at the time of dinner. It gives a good glow to our skin and it removes unwanted wastes from our body. It also purifies the blood and removes cholesterol. Daily one Apple - No Doctor. Which fruit you eat more and tell me the importance of any other fruits.

Apple is the healthy fruit. An apple a day keeps the doctor away. My favorite fruit is pineapple, my second favorite fruit is watermelon. However, usually I just eat banana since it is easy to eat. It will make everything in a mess. And banana is also a healthy fruit. It can give you energy. I also heard that eating banana will make you feel happy.

Thank you for your valuable information regarding my discussion. Bananas are very friendly fruits and even a middle class and lower class people can buy the bananas. Banana is a poor mans pride. I like bananas too. I like to eat banana milk shake.

I love to eat bananas, even I have tried various types of bananas in my country. I love bananas because it is rich in vitamin A and very gentle. Banana's soft texture makes me feel relaxed when eating it.

Yes, banana has a high vitamin A. If you eat banana with dates and honey like a fruit salad, you get more energy. Thanks for giving response.

Fruit is akin to poison for people who suffer from Salicylate sensitivity, as I do, so most fruits are off the menu..

And it is a wonderful source of vitamins and antioxidants! I eat a variety of fruit, I love grapes, watermelon, oranges, practically anything. But I always eat them on an empty stomach. Fruit should never be eaten with a full meal, it is bad for the digestion.

@sivakishore86 The way I do it, I eat the fruit first, then if I eat a mostly carb meal I wait 20 minutes. If it is largely a protein and fat meal, I wait an hour. The French eat this way, and it works well for them!

I am eating fruits after completion of my immediate meal, otherwise I feel inconvenience with my stomach. But you are saying it is bad for digestion if we eat the fruits with full meal. I never tried any fruit with empty stomach. But whenever I am hungry, I take bananas with empty stomach. Can you suggest me which fruit can I take after immediate full meal.

Fruits are really very important for one's diet. We should include fruits in our daily lives for a healthy life. I eat fruits packed with fibers like oranges, bananas and apples. But I think fruits are most effective when taken empty stomach

we always have bananas at home . And i also love pineapple. We seldom buy apple because it's not indigenous here so they're expensive . Though i would buy also once i a while .

Fruits will help us to protect our body from diseases. Fruit Juices helps us in blood purification. I like to eat custard apple. But these fruits are avail in the markets very rare. Every day I try to eat one or two bananas instead.

Apple and Pomogrenade. Most of the time apple works just fine for me. I don't think there is any other fruit that I prefer throughout the year.

I too love watermelon, but here in summer only it is available. Even diabetics patients can also have watermelon for good insulin system. It also gives us an instant energy to our body and we can escape from heavy sun stroke.
