where do i start, well its a great way to get fit, number one. You just must make sure
you wear the appropriate shoes and clothing. Many a time i would make the mistake of dressing
to warm and ten minutes into my run i would be completely overheated, sweat dripping from
my forehead, my toes stuck to my socks and wishing i had put something a bit more lightweight and
"airier'' on. Just remember, it doesnt matter how cold it is outside, your body will eventually start warming up 10 minutes into your run and if you are dressed to warmly you will suffer.
Also make sure you wear the right type of running shoes that are good quality and a decent price, or your feet will get blisters. Make sure you keep your toenails trimmed regularly so they dont hurt you as running with long toenails is not funny! Ive made that mistake a couple of times and have paid dearly. Anyway i hope ive been some help.

Running.....your clothes, shoes, shocks will make a difference but that to of small amount what makes a big change is your determination You should always run keeping one thing in mind- what you have stored for years will come out in the form of sweat.it is the greatest metaphor of life.

I love running but don't get the chance to pound the streets that often these days, I do however cycle to work and beck every day, covering 20 miles a day Monday to Friday :-) I totally get you on the level on clothing part, some days it is hard to get that bit right.
