I had heard about a news was, Scientists have been taken a decision to diffuse a cyclone by disturbing the center part of cyclone. Is that become a Successful one. I say Yes. But, it is quite ridiculous one to disturbance of the center part of cyclone while cyclone was in circulation. None of us don't know what should have been done when it is disturbed.
