No internet and I am surviving pretty well

I have now shifted to my small unit and I won't be connecting to the internet for awhile.
I can just visit my daughter who has a very fast internet access to log onto my favorite sites, write in MyLot and read what my followings are up to.
I rather enjoy my time offline. I have just finished developing my small garden, I've started reading a lot of books and just sorting out my things and prettying up my small abode.
If I get really bored and the weather is nice, I go for a walk or visit the local library.
My leave at work will end soon, then I will be busy with my part time work again.
I might even start cooking some cookies and cake slices again to bring to work.
Can you still survive without an internet access? What will you be doing offline?

Yes, I still survive, although without an internet access. I love reading. So, when I have not an internet access I usually spend my spare time by reading some books. Walking around is also my hobby, I think it can bring my heart so bright by looking some nice view in my environment. Yes, I still living happy without internet access. Have a nice day!

i consider it a blessing in disiguise. Just the other day there was thunder and lightning that forced me to shut off gadgets. That gave me time to clear the paper clutter that was piling

It would be difficult I think, now that I have started this habit of daily writing.

It is handy to have, but there was a time that internet ruled my schedule at home and at work LOL. A habit is hard to break, James. But if you enjoy your time here, then carry on.

Most people can't survive or whine a lot without gadgets and the internet. They are just missing the point of living which is not obviously limited to enjoying gadgets and internet.
For me, even without the internet, I could live with enjoyment. There are just so many things to do such as taking a walk and reading books like you, looking at beautiful girls and smile at them and hope that you meet the one and only (lol), talking about interesting topics with people and loved ones, playing basketball and other sports, and losing weight so that you'll be fit and healthy, and other things.
It's always nice to disconnect ourselves sometimes from technology and just do what we love physically. It makes us much more happier, more confident, wiser, and much more awesome. Kudos~ :)

Offline I may take some pictures, often take a walk for my own health. I do not like to be offline long, though.

I can't imagine myself without the internet but come to think of it, there was no internet before and yet I survived. I think having no internet will open up the door to other endeavors that can also satisfy like reading, baking, sewing. etc.

We cant imagine a day without internet. But when we are offline, definitely gets some mind relaxation and more lesuire to do some personal pending works.
But earlier days no much technology and no internet. That time man has more time to think and implement new ideas. Now everyone is sticky with internet.
Whenever I was offline. I do chat with my mother in mobile phone.

I have not been offline since 1995. In the beginning I was a web developer, so I needed access. Through the years, I have been bored with being online, so I have gone days without it. But I am now a full time student (online education), so I do need access.
