anyone get sick off of Seroquel?

I took a friend's Seroquel once to try to sleep. after about an hour or two, I wasn't sleepy, but I had to go to the bathroom. on my way to the bathroom, darkness began closing in on my eyes. when I got to the bathroom, I started falling against the walls and fell on the floor. after that I puked about eight times. I only took half of a 400mg pill! I don't know what my problem was. anyone else with similar problems?

It can be pretty dangerous to be taking someone elses prescriptions -- I am not surprise you got sick -- the dosing range for seroquel goes for 25mg upto 1000mg and has a set dosing schedule be followed, So you got a pretty good dose without your body being prepared for it. Please don't take any more medicines that are prescribed for you it could be really dangerous -- you are just lucky your system rejected it and got it out of your system quickly.

I have a sister on seroquel for a couple of years now and she take about 600 mg a day. my take is that you took an extremly amount at once 200 mg is a lot for a person taking a med thst is not mesnt to take for or as a sleeping aid.

Seroquel has given me diabetes. I have never seen a 400 mg pill. But, that is quite a lot for a first time user.
