What do you do when you have a headache? Do you take medicine or just let it pass. This happens usually when I’m solving math problems or memorizing multiple paragraphs.
Taking medicine is not for me, it won’t help. What I do is stay at a cool and dark place, sit and relax, sometimes I listen to some relaxing songs and after a few minutes, it will be gone.

I get bad migraine headaches sometimes and nothing helps them. If I have a bad one I will lie down on the bed and try meditating I start relaxing myself from my toes to my head. I usually fall asleep before I reach my head and wake up after a nice nap.
I do have strong medicine for them but I try to get rid of them on my own. I have a history of bad headaches all the way to migraines.

I usually let it pass then after a day if it still there then it's the right time to take a medicine.

Tension and strain is followed by head ache in my case. When I consulted Doctor he told me to engage in interested activities at the time of headache. But I failed in that. Now I sit in dark place and try to sleep during my headache.

I am in to homoeopathy. If it has something to do with the eyes then I take Belladonna, Nux Vomica for digestion or overstrain of the brain. There are many reasons why one gets headaches. It is therefore important that one finds out what causes the headache and treat it accordingly.

I just rub my temple with White Flower embrocation and in a little while it would be gone already . It's a Chinese embrocation from olden days until now.

I used to take medicines at the slightest hint of discomfort earlier when I had to do a hundred things at the same time. Now that I am more relaxed, I am trying not to take medicines unless absolutely necessary.

I used to have horrible migraines, that would only be alleviated by vomiting, then I'd end up in the hospital with a Phenergan IV and the normal saline they would use to rehydrate me from the dehydration. The migraines went away when I got rid of the guy I was seeing. Haven't had a migraine for more than 10 yrs now!
