How we care things at our Homes ?

From needle to electric Machines and vehicles, we care at our homes. We try our best to take care of everything in such a ways that it may not damage. If something damage, we try our best to repair it ourselves, if we cannot we take it at mechanic shop. But at least we try first to repair it. On the other hand, do we care things where we work and we get paid ? First of all we care those things which relate to us. And if something has damaged, we don't try to repair it in such a way as we do at our home. we try our best to buy new one. If we are sitting alone in office, all fans remain ON. Many lights are turning ON just for nothing. I think we need to care everything, it may be relate to us or not at our work place. At least our employer pay us. If everyone will ignore it, then who will care about it? It will be a time when our employer will suffer a big loss. And it will impact on our job, increments and other facilities.
